A new home for Land Rover’s online activity across phone, tablet and desktop.

Land Rover Live

We designed and built an online hub for Land Rover’s marketing and sponsorship activity, leaving Landrover.com to focus on their vehicles. We created a responsive website that promotes and catalogues Land Rover’s content from sailing and rugby sponsorship to through-the-line campaigns. The site has a rich user interface and features live Twitter and Instagram content.

Beautifully flexible

Land Rover Live was built on a powerful CMS using beautiful templates to showcase content. We created a range of components that provide flexibility when publishing content, from video to long form articles.

Mobile at heart

The majority of users that visit Land Rover’s online content are using a smartphone or tablet, so we put mobile at the centre of our thinking. The site features seamless page transitions and slide out navigation. It also makes use of touch events, gestures and lightweight CSS animations.

Custom styles

Land Rover Live was rolled out alongside the flagship LandRover.com site. We worked with the brand team to ensure the hub was visually consistent whilst maintaining its own defining user experience.


We planned, designed and built Land Rover Live so that custom campaigns could sit seamlessly within the site. The first campaign to feature, was Land Rover’s annual celebration of winter, “Hibernot”. A cross channel campaign featuring social and traditional media drove people to the site, which inspired them to get outside and explore Britain’s great outdoors.

Adventures, everywhere

The Hibernot campaign showcased over 400 family orientated adventures around the UK. It focused on an interactive map where users filter adventures and plan a personalised itinerary for a family day out.
